Kitchen, Bathroom & Interior Remodeling in Palm Beach County

Whether it’s a full kitchen renovation, a bathroom refresh, or an interior project – a home office, a laundry room, a new floor plan – Topnotch Remodeling handles both the design and the build – licensed, insured, and warrantied.

Kitchen Remodeling

Custom kitchen design and remodeling, start to finish — layout, cabinetry, countertops, lighting and finishes. We build the kitchen you’ve been picturing, with American-made Holiday Kitchens cabinets backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Bathroom Remodeling

Beautiful, functional bathrooms — many finished in about a week. Tile, vanities, showers and tubs, installed clean and properly waterproofed so they look great and last, backed by our five-year workmanship warranty and done right by a licensed, insured team.

Interior Remodeling

Everything between the kitchen and the bath – open floor plans, interior doors, crown molding and wainscot, flooring, closets, and custom home offices and built-ins – built by the same licensed team and backed by the same five-year workmanship warranty.

Peace of mind after the work is done is the whole point. We honor every manufacturer’s warranty for its full term and back our own labor and workmanship for five years.

Three decades of residential remodeling, a Florida State Certified Residential Contractor (CRC1332966), NARI-certified in kitchen and bath, and a master carpenter who understands every system in your home.

We’re occupied-home specialists. Drop cloths go down, work areas are sealed off to contain dust and debris, and your home is treated with care and respect every day we’re there — because we’re guests in your house.

Hiring a contractor should be a pleasant experience. Here’s what we commit to, and you can hold us to every line. 1. We show up for our appointment, on time. 2. We listen — we walk your space and hear what you actually want before we talk price. 3. You get a detailed written proposal, not a number on the back of a card. 4. You get a real start date, and we keep you posted as it approaches. 5. We show up every day, ready to work — your project doesn’t sit. 6. We do what we promised, in the time we promised. 7. You ask, we answer. Every concern, start to finish.

Licensed & Insured – and why it matters

If an unlicensed contractor or their worker is injured on your property, you can be held liable for the damages. Don’t take the chance. Topnotch is a Florida State Certified Residential Contractor (CRC1332966) — fully licensed and insured.

Common Kitchen & Bath Remodeling Questions

Two clocks, and it helps to know both. Your cabinets are built to order. American-made cabinets take 4–8 weeks to manufacture, and we hold them in our climate-controlled warehouse until your start date. Once we start in your home, it moves fast. If we’re replacing your kitchen in its existing layout, demolition to cabinets installed is usually 2 weeks or less, with countertops templated and installed 1–2 weeks after. Most are substantially complete in about 2 weeks and fully finished in 3–4. Moving walls, plumbing or electrical adds time. At your free in-home consultation we’ll give you a real schedule for your kitchen, in writing.

Yes — most of our clients do. We’re occupied-home specialists: work areas are sealed off to contain dust and debris, drop cloths protect your floors, and your home is treated with care and consideration every day we’re there. We’re guests in your house. Your kitchen will be out of commission for part of the job, which is worth planning for. If you’d rather not live around it at all, see the next question.

Yes — it’s a big part of what we do, and you don’t need to be here for any of it. We coordinate access with you before you leave, and we send progress photos as the work moves, so you can watch your kitchen come together from wherever you are. You’re dealing directly with the owner the whole time — not a call center. If your association restricts renovation work to certain months, tell us and we’ll plan around that calendar.

We come to you. We’ll take precise measurements, talk through what you want, and walk you through options, materials and finishes. Your designer builds a detailed 3D rendering of the new space, so you can see it before anything is torn out. We’ll also tell you exactly what your project needs — scope, schedule, and any permitting it calls for — and put it in a detailed written proposal. If you decide to move forward, a design retainer applies.

Yes. Topnotch Remodeling is a Florida State Certified Residential Contractor, license CRC1332966 — licensed and insured. It matters more than most people realize: if an unlicensed contractor or one of their workers is injured on your property, you can be held liable for the damages. Ask any contractor for their license number before you hire. Ours is at the bottom of every page on this site.

Two things, and they’re separate. Our work: we back our own labor and workmanship for five years, in writing. Your materials: we honor every manufacturer’s warranty for its full term — and your American-made Holiday Kitchens cabinets carry a limited lifetime warranty. When you do great work, you can offer a great warranty. That’s why ours runs this long.

Every kitchen and bath is different, so we don’t guess at it. Your free in-home consultation is where we measure, walk through scope and materials, and give you a detailed written proposal — a real number you can plan around. If you decide to move forward, a design retainer applies. Fair, honest pricing, and no surprise billing.
